How it all began...
   Ever since I can remember I had dogs, but in 2000 I began my adventure with cats.. One evening in December, I was surfing the internet, and I came upon something that interested me. I found a website about different breeds of cats, and that’s where I first saw an ash-grey kitten that reminded me a little plush bear. That’s when I realized I need to have a little bear of my own. 
   Later on, i learned that it was a blue colored BRITISH SHORTHAIR. Unfortunately I had to wait a bit, because the first cat show in Warsaw was 2 months later. Later I learned it was well worth the wait. 
   I was very excited, and looking forward to buying the cat, so I went to a Cat Show.  

 
   There were a lot of British kittens, and as I strolled among the cages, I found my blue plush ball, and right away I knew that we were destined to be together. And so on February 10^th 2001, Diami came home with me. She is my first British Shorthair.  
   At first we wanted her all to ourselves, but in time, we decided to show her off a bit. Along with her, we discovered the secrets of phenology, we learned to show her, and learned to benefit from “older” breeders advice.
   Exi joined us when we began to think that it’s a shame to only have one beautiful cat in our home, especially that Diami was lonely during most of the day. Cats, in spite of what many people think, suffer being alone, and they miss their friend – the human. In fact we all know that two is always better than one.
  In time our cattery expanded with the addition of a lilac boy from Austra - Apollo and our newest blue boy - Simon. We also added three girls born in our cattery Didi, Imbria and Kimi. 
  My Passion for the British Breed prompted me to create the BRI Cat Club which unites breeders and fanciers of this fascinating breed.
